Morning nature stillness walk with optional Farmers' Market

Nature heals. Being in nature is so good for us. Connecting with the trees and sky can be transformative. If you're craving more quiet time in nature join me for calming morning stillness walk.

We'll practice noticing and being present in nature, making the walk restorative and refreshing. We will go slowly, enjoying a delicious morning walk along the willow forest at the edge of the Mississippi River. I'll be picking up trash too, probably - so good deed for the day done too!

We'll meet early enough that you can get in some quiet time in nature before you head to work. Find us at the Fly at the Mississippi River behind the Zoo- park near the old boat dock.

I'll be heading to the Crescent City Farmers' Market afterward at Broadway and the River Road if you'd like to join - there are already satsumas to savor, plus all kinds of other fruits, veggies, cheese, prepared foods etc. Perfect for shopping local!
