Do you want to create space in your life for quiet reflection in nature? Does regular meditation bore you or make you feel sleepy? Learn how to have a stillness practice outside. Connect with nature and with your own wisdom and purpose.

Carla will offer several tools for enjoying a stillness practice in nature and you'll have the opportunity to try each one.  Bring a blanket or towel to sit on,  a journal or pen and paper, and water.
